Request

I have two requests, from anybody who could possibly do somethink like this.

My first one is for anyone who could use this link

And create a Riolu of the samy style and color? Don't care the picture you use as a base or whatever. Preferably not a small pixel picture.

My second request I realize is EXTREMELY difficult, due to the fact what I want is animated.

I just want the image to be colored like a regular Umbreon, if possible.

For the second one - couldn't they just copy the top have of the picture and swap around the colors, then add the effect in later?

I'm not exactly edit saavy but I've seen that effect done before via a website.

Yeah, theoretically, that's all that needs to be done. The closest thing to a photo-editing software is Paint and this GIMP 2 thing which I have no idea how to work. I managed to shange the color slightly, but the color of the whole picture, not the rings or eyes. Besides, when I did manage to change the fur it was sketchy and didn't have the texture of the orignal, just looked like it was done by Paint. I wish there was a way to just alter the color of an individual part instead of the whole thing...Ho-Hum.

I managed to do this by myself, but the animation went out the window...oh well. still looks cool to me.
