Alright we have our forces of light and our forces of darkness on Erymire. But one thing that dosen't seem to popular here is the forces of Neutrality. So I decided to propose a neutral organazation. The Dojo.
The Goal:
The Dojo is an organazation that seeks strength both inner and physically. The organazation is made of those with their own specfic goal. Some want to save the land, some want to benefit themselves, and same want to gain power, some maybe even want to do all three. The Dojo's main purpose is to serve themselves and sometimes even others when the time calls for it. They also help thoughs who wish to do so, become stronger through training. The Dojo basically focuses on their own indiviual goals and gaining strength and becoming stronger.
Concepts
The Pokemon in the Dojo come from indiviual past. Each with their own path to follow but mainly all they want to do is gain inner or physical power without having to worry about the rest of the world. There are five ranks in the Dojo: Apprentice, Soilder, Deputy, and Master. Each rank in the Dojo works corresponding with one another. The higher up ranks work on training the lower ranks in strength and defense. The Deputy organizes events, missions, and other things that goes on in the Dojo while the Master just watches over and takes charge of everything. The current master is a Charizard named Lavascar.
Organazation History
There was once a great version of The Dojo which rose years ago. The Dojo still was lead by the Charizard Lavascar at the time, and he had an head apprentice Flareclaw. Lavascar was a beining from the forces of light, but decided to lurk int he forces of neutraility for various reasons. Till one day the Horde made a move which upsetted the wise Charizard greatfully. The Charizard decided to go in battle aganist the Horde. Along side his Torchic apprentice, they went to battle in the Fortress. However losing greatly. The old Dojo had dispursed as 98% of the organaztion had been destroyed in battle. The only surviving members are Lavascar (Who was presumed dead but wasn't.) and Flareclaw, who is currently a Combusken. But even those two did not hold the organazation together.
Summing it all up
So the Dojo is basically an neutral organazation which could help or hurt Erymire at anytime depending on what they decide. They have no distinct goal besides defending themselves and serving themselves and young Pokemon by raising them to become stronger, but only to use the newly strengthened youngsters to support the organazation.
Other Notes
- For rewards sometimes the Dojo will carry out 'Jobs' for other Pokemon to gain food and other rewards that could benefit them.
- If the organazation feels threatened they will come at those who pose that threat.
