Rio the Rioru!

appearance: Rioru is normal size, only.. In coloring he's different.. Instead of the usual blue on black, his genes seemed to have missed that part and his colors are white and blue.
personality:Rio is very nice to others as long as they don't bother him too much. Of course everyone has their limits...Right?
history:Rioru's mother was kidnapped by "The Horde" when he was just a baby and his father raised him until he was big and strong enough to fend for himself. Rio's father then took off in search of Rio's mother. Rio now lives on his own but still hopes one day his father and mother will return to him.

(anyone who reads this.. Do you think I should just go normal Rioru or this one? Trying to figure out which looks best... )

It's up to you really on the colouring. I like how this colouring sets him apart from others though.

As do I. But I have really no logical reasoning for it other then slight gene mistakes caused him to be miscolored..

hehe really? If I had to choose a water starter it would have been... Totodile just cause he was cool loking. Fire...Charmander/Cyndaquil.. Though I like Torchics final form as Blaziken.. And grass..................................................................................................................Chikorita and possibly this new one that's coming out. Turtwig. hehe
