Recruitment or Defeat ((OPEN))

[Omni]

Erebus floated through the ruins with his face set with harsh determination. He was looking to begin his recritment immediately, and watch his numbers grow. The Bagon followed behind him, eyes darting everytwhere. "Stop being such a coward." Erebus said to his prisoner. "You represent me. If you cause me to lose any face, you will be dealt with in a most unpleasant way." Stopping in the middle of the ruins, he shouted to anyone who could hear him "Any pokemon here, come forth! I have a proposition for you!"

[Hawk]

O'mally came forth after hearing the call of the pokemon. "What are you saying a proposition? It had better be worth my troubles." The Beldum said approaching Erebus. O'mally was always one to hear out a proposition it just depended if it was worth the trouble or not. If it was not he would more than likely ignore the proposition and try to kill them but most of the time he was agreeable.

[musashi]

While this was happing two pokemon where walking beside each other heading to the scene. Neither of them had heard Erebus yell to all the pokemon but they made their way slowly to the area. They saw the Gastly and the Beldum. Neither of them paid any attition to the Bagon.

Musashi walked next to the Beldum and asked about the propasition. Hi, umm, me and my friend over here are trying to become more powerful. Does your proposition make us stronger in any way? Musashi was a bit nervous.

Anguru said nothing he looked more closly at the Gastly, making sure that he didn't attack the small group.

[Omni]

"Stronger?" Erebus said, overhearing the pokemon. "Yes. Yes it does. Power is the entire point of this proposition." He turned to the Beldum. "And it is certainly worth your trouble. My proposition is this; Join me, and with my lead and further recruitment, we challenge any who get in our way. Once we've increased our numbers enough, then we will destroy Mira Tyrant and her little empire. When that is complete, we move on to take over the entirety of the Horde. And that kind of power..." He grinned "is not the kind you happen across often. So I ask you... Will you join me to take what we deserve? Or will you be a victim in my first show of power?" He glared at them each intently then. He wasn't bluffing either. Despite the fact that he was a Gastly, he was strong. Not only that, but he could feel it that he would evolve soon. He was simply holding it back for the opportune moment; That moment being if any of them tried to fight him.

[musashi]

Both of the pokemon looked at each other and then back at the Gastly. "Why should we fight this Mira? After all I have never met this person." Anguru asked. This pokemon was looking for recruitment for an army that the Gastly controlled.

[Hawk]

O'mally looked the ghastly in the eyes "then you can count me as your first recruit" O'mally said with evil intent in his eyes.

[Omni]

Erebus grinned at the Beldum. "Welcome aboard then recruit." His smile disappeared when his gaze fell back to the Ralts and Riolu. "Why? You speak of getting stronger. I'm offering this to you. I've already explained that it is neccesary in our rise to power. So I ask you again, are you recruits, or are you victims?"

He turned to his new recruit while waiting for their reply. "And I will need to know your name if we are to be working together."

[Hawk]

"My name is O'mally and I seek death and destruction and despair."O'mally said evilly he began to eye up the other two just in case.

[musashi]

Musashi turned to Anguru and seemed not concerned at all. It seemed that he wanted to join the small army of three pokemon. "Anguru I think that we should join this guy. I think that he knows what he's doing. After all he telling us that he will give us power and that we could conqure everything in our path. That is what you want right." Musashi said in a quiet voice so that only Anguru could hear.

Anguru looked at Musashi with a little bit of worry in his eyes. "I don't think that this is the right thing to do. All I want to do is to destroy those worthless Lucario and Riolu where I was born and who mistreated me so baddly. I want to fight them on my own, not with a pack. I sorry but I am not going to join them." Anguru seemed very serious and started to walk away. He said this loud enough for everyone to hear. All he wanted to do was get stronger on his own.

"Anguru look, I want to become strong but I don't want to be seperated from you either. Please join them. If you won't then I just going to join them MYSELF!!!" Musashi was yelling the last part and was making a slow trot to the other pokemon. He kept his eyes on Anguru just to see if he would join or if that would be the last time that they would ever meet.

"I'm sorry but I am not going to join." Anguru was forcing the words out of his throut. He didn't want to leave his only friend but he knew that the Gastly would be a bad choice to join up with. The Gastly was just a power hungery fiend but it seemed that was the same thing as Musashi was. Anguru pulled out his Katana just in case they attack him and forced him to join. He had made the sword and gave another to Musashi to use. They used it rarely but when they did it was truely stunning on how amazing they where with a weapon. Anguru was fighting back tears and then used Agility to move quickly through the rubble of buildings. He was triing to get out of there before someone attacked him.

Musashi was crying a river from the being seperated from his friend but he had made the choice to stay. "My name is *sniffle* Musashi *sniffle*." Musashi was having a hard time saying anything right now because of the overwhelming emotion that he was feeling at the moment.

[Omni]

"Very good. You're perfect." Erebus said in reply to O'Mally.

After the two others split apart, he watched one approach as the other fled. "Let him go. There's no use chasing him." he said. "We have what we need. Good choice Musashi." He looked at the tears with disgust. "But you'll have to toughen up to be a part of this group. To make our way through our plan, no weakness will be tolerated. We must show our strength to those who oppose us, to have the edge of intimidation." He turned. "Let's go. We have much work to do. O'Mally, Musashi." He said, letting them know to follow. "What d'you know... that Lunitone was right. This is the second time my numbers doubled. From one two two he said, and now from two to four... He thought to himself as he left.

"Yes sir, I *sniffle* get tougher." Musashi was trying to hold back his tears but it wasn't working. He wondered if Musashi would ever see his friend Anguru ever again. Maybe braking a strong bond between them was a horrible mistake but it was to late for that. Musashi started to walk behind O'mally. He was the last of the group and when no one was looking he turned around to see if he could still see his friend. "Goodbye my friend, I hope that we will get to meet again." Musashi said this only loud enough for himself to hear.

Anguru was at a safe distance from the others now, but he could still see them. He could tell that Musashi was crying and he wondered if Musashi could tell if he was crying too. Anguru but his Katana back into its sheath. Anguru was on a large ruin that towered over the area. He looked down at Musashi with tears running down his face. Then Anguru heard a soft whisper and it said "Goodbye my friend, I hope that we will get to meet again." It was Musashi's voice. To think that their bond was so strong as to let him hear what Musashi's heart was screaming. Anguru took one look at Musashi then turned around. He started to run in the opposite direction as the other group of pokemon. "We will meet again Musashi, I promise." Anguru said to himself. Maybe if he could hear Musashi, then Musashi could hear him.

Musashi was still with the group of pokemon when he heard something. It was Anguru's voice. The sound of Anguru's voice made Musashi stop crying and he started to make a small smile.

[Omni]

((Once Hawk posts then the thread will end. I'm already starting a new one. I'll send you guys the link when I do. We'll look for more recruits, and probably get into a few fights. With our numbers growing like this, we'll soon attack Mira. Then the plot REALLY kicks off.))

O'mally watched the other pokemon run off. He heard his new supirior tell him not to waste his time going after him. "I guess I will get my chance to kill him another time." O'mally said turning to face the Gastly. "Yes sir lets go and make the land ours." O'mally added with some pure evil in his voice.
