Name of species: Blizzdour
Elemental type{s}: Dark, Ice
Size: 2''11
Method of reproduction: Livebirth
Description/Appearance: Blizzdour's are a wolf like version of their counterparts, Houndour. They still have the cuffs around their ankle area and the plates on their back but do not have the plate on their forehead. But instead their fur is long and white and the hair grows in a manish like way around the neck. They also have a black fang symbol on their chest and their fangs are abnormally long. The Pokemon are built to survive cold and harsh enviorments. Another different thing about Blizzdours, when Spring and Summer hit they loose their long hair coats and grow into a short brown one, the color of thier underbellies are tan and they often look like a normal Houndour. This mutation is oftne like that of a snow hare and they are merely adapting to the hot climates. Unlike Houndour they do not have the ability to evolve.
Disposition: They assemble together and live in tribes like most canine Pokemon due. However they practice own their own seperate customs. Generally the species is wise and fair twords other Pokemon and not territorial and often savage like their counterparts. Upon turinng three years of age a male Blizzdour can take a warrior path and go on a journey across the land of Erymire collecting items accoridng to ancient Blizzdour legends. There currently is only one active tribe of Blizzdour.
Habitat: They usually like frozen enviorments like icy mountains or snow capped artic regions. But in the spring or summer time when their transformations begin they move to sunnier climates.
What does this pokémon eat?: They are carnivores, and usually they hunt in groups taking down larger prey.
How common is this pokemon?: Generally they are very rare in winter and fall because they migrate back to their cold climate home and become secertive. But during Spring and Summer they reach the rare status because they are more likely to reveal themselves.
(I can always add an evolution form if it is not acceptable to have a basic form only race variant.)
