Alaia walked around aimlessly through the rain forest. She felt like she could fly right now, she was so happy! Well, she was always happy, but today was special. This was the start of her adventure, the beginning of a new life. Anything could happen, and she was prepared...mostly. Everything would turn out all right in the end, she was sure of it. After all, it always did. Didn't it? Alaia shook the thought out of her head. Of course everything would turn out good. Besides, who would harm a cute, innocent vulpix such as herself?
A lot of things, apparently.
" Yep, today's gonna be great, " she said to herself.

Onin teleported from tree to tree, looking through it's tightly closed eyes. He could feel as though there was a presence here, but couldn't pin point it. Then Onin teleported right infront of the Vulpix. Onin cocked his head and tried to comunicate using symbols, watching carefully to see if it could understand him.

Alaia jumped back in surprise as the Abra teleported in front of her. She looked at him in confusion, trying to understand what it was communicating to her. Maybe he was just saying hello...?
" Hello, " She said to him, smiling happily," I'm Alaia! Though, uh, probably you already know that seeing as you're a psychic. What's your name? "

Onin sighed at being unable to communicate his favorite way. "I am...Onin..." He sent the thought to her head, seeing as though he doesn't speak.

Alaia nodded at Onin, bowing her head slightly in respect. " Nice to meet ya', Onin! " she said. She examined him closely, feeling a ping of envy in her chest. Abra's were very powerful Pokemon, with their unique abilities to teleport and read minds. Not to say that Ninetales weren't quite powerful also, but unles she found a firestone, that wouldn't happen anytime soon.
" It must be fun, " she murmured, " Having your powers. "

'A Abra, and A Vulpix'... Adam Thought "Hello" Adam said shyly, "I'm Adam, I was wandering - Do you want to come with me? To Uh... Find the giant pokemon" Adam wanted to get as many people as he could to come with him to the Far Reaches to find the pokemon, it would be a hard journey.

Alaia looked at the Turtwig curiously. " Hiya Adam, I'm Alaia! " She said excitedly, " I think I'd like to come. Uh...how far is it from here, though?" Looking to find the Land of the Giant Pokemon? That would count as an adventure, wouldn't it? Though the name seemed a little unsettling, considering that she was the smallest vulpix she knew.

"I think its somewhere called the far reaches - It'll take about 4 weeks to get there" Adam said, if your interested you should meet me at the river, I am heading there if I can get some more people, you can bring your friend if you like" Adam said nodding towards the Abra who hadnt even spoke. "Its been my dream to see them - it could be yours to" Adam said and he trotted back into the forest towards the river.

Alaia watched in surprise as Adam trotted off. " Four weeks, huh? " She murmured to herself, then turned to Onin, " If you are going to come, just--well, you can teleport there. " She giggled softly, before trotting after Adam. " Hey, wait up! I'll join you! "
