" You let them brainwash you!" said Cirenze. " Come on, you gotta try hard to remember!"

"Sassy what about Coralyn," said Lelaka. "What about your sister. Coralyn." Lelaka had seen the pause before when she'd called him Sassy.

Sassano looked back at them. "I....don't have a sister?" But it turned out as a question. Did he have a sister?

Cirenze was a little afraid of Sassano in this state. He looked different, his eyes seemed to have a glow of evil in them and his colours looked darker. He might plan to do something evil to them. Unbeknownst to her he might even pretend he'd turned good again just to get at them....

Sassano sat back. He'd stay with them if that's what they wanted. He'd go back tomorow. God or not, the pixie seemed startled. He'd settle them down and make them think he was with them...and then he'd come back when he was a more experianced member and take them to the Horde. He smiled. That sounded good.

Cirenze just hoped Alcatraz got back and cured Sassano soon. She was thinking maybe he could, since he was a god and all that. Maybe a holy ray of light would shoot from him and clear this evil off him.

Lelaka watched Sassano. He didn't seem to be doing anything evil right now..just thinking. She hoped he'd get better soon. She hated seeing him like this.

Cirenze picked a flower and brought it over to Sassano. Her idea was that maybe getting a nice gift would turn him good again. She laid the flower down by his feet. " For you."

Sassano looked at Cirenze. "Umm thanks?" It was a flower. Girls...they were so weird. He took it in his paw and wondered why she was giving it to him.

Cirenze tried to see if his eyes were no longer glowing with evil and his colours would return to normal. She waited, but didn't see a change.

Lelaka sighed. This was pretty hopeless. But as long as Sassano stayed here. If he went off, there'd be trouble, she guessed.

Cirenze tried to keep an eye on him, but it was getting late and now she had to go pee. She left his immediate company and went off into the bushes.

"Goodnight," said Lelaka wearily. She looked at Sassano. "Stay here please, Sassano."

Sassano didn't know why, but her words meant something to him. "Ok," he mumbled. He really was tired. The poochyena/zangoose kit lay down with his head on his paws. Soon, the dark Sassano was asleep.

Cirenze returned to find Sassano still there. ~Thank the pokegods,~ she thought. She lay down to sleep as well.

Sassano lay fast asleep. Something just told him to stay put. Little did he know that when he did go back to the Fortress there'd be trouble.

Cirenze woke up hoping that they were back...but still no sign of the great grey-white horselike being that was Alcatraz...with Coralyn, Jarreth and the Raticate.

Lelaka woke up slowly. The moment she was awake she could tell Alcatraz was not with them. His psychic pressence was strong and it was obvious when the aruseus was missing from the scene. She sighed softly. Slowly, she opened her eyes. Sassano was still there. "Morning," she said.

" Morning," said Cirenze. She was hoping that soon they would return. " I'm worried about Jarreth." If anyone could be corrupted to the dark it was him.

[fya]

"He was the eevee/growlithe...right?" said Lelaka. She looked over at Sassano. The shadow kit was still sleeping. She prayed when he woke up he'd be better and all this shadow crap would have just been a dream.

[wynnyelle]

" Yeah," said Cirenze. She wondered what was taking Alcatraz so long...then again, it hadn't been very long. it just felt that way to her.

[fya]

Sassano woke up slowly. He was -still- here? Oh well. He'd go back later. "Goodmorning," he mutted. "Anyone want to go hunting?"

[wynnyelle]

Alcatraz reappeared, in a flash of gentle twinkling white light. With him were Coralyn, Jarreth and the raticate. " Lelaka? Cirenze? How is everyone?"

" Jarreth!" Cirenze sprang up and ran to him. " How are you?"

[fya]

Jarreth shook his groggy head. Woah...that had been weird. "Cir...Cirenze?" He looked at the pink kit. She looked familiar. "Hi," he added. The world slowly stopped shaking. That hadn't been fun at all.

"Oh thank the gods your back Alca," said Lelaka. "Coralyn," she said, hugging the kit. "Are you ok?"

"Just a little bruised Mom," chirped Coralyn. "Is Sassy ok?" She looked over at her brother. He was watching them all curiously. "Sassy?"

"Would you people quit calling me that?" growled Sassano. "I don't even know any of you."

[wynnyelle]

" I see he's not well yet," said Alcatraz. He went over to Sassano, and decided to use his power to disperse the shadow in him...he just hoped he did it right. He knelt down by Sassano and concentrated on him, tuning into the darkness shadowing his soul and mind. " Sassano. Come to the light."

[fya]

The light poured into Sassano. It pushed the darkness away, back to the Fortress where it belonged. Sassano's eyes blinked open, the evil haze gone. "Alca..?"

"Sassy!" squealed Coralyn, jumping onto him. She immediatly saw the difference. She beamed at Alcatraz. "Thank you so much Alca!"

[wynnyelle]

" Thank the pokegods," said Alcatraz, even though he was one. He had tapped into the life-giving and holy light power that his kind was graced with and learned to use only gradually. " Sassano, we were so worried about you."

" Yea!" said Cirenze. " You're back to normal!"

[fya]

"What...happened to me?" asked Sassano. His eyes were tired, but they were his all right. He had no memory of his short time as a shadow Pokemon. He stretched and wondered what Coralyn was squealing about. "Get off," he said, shoving Coralyn off. But he was smiling and it was obviously in good humor.

"There's still him," said Lelaka, nodding to Jarreth. The pup was watching. A confused expression was on his face, he had no idea what Alca was doing.

" Hi Jarreth..you're safe and you're free now," said the god pokemon. "I will keep you all here with me at my alcove, unless you wish to leave, and I'll guard this place and make sure the horde doesn't come back." He looked at the kit a little harder, not sure if he was taking all this in. " Jarreth?"

[fya]

"Huh?" Jarreth looked at Alcatraz, the dark glow in his eyes. The eevee/growlithe gazed confusedly at the blur of light that was talking to him. "Wha..?" He reached a paw out to touch the blur of light that was Alcatraz. Sting. He pulled it back. Weird.

Sassano watched the other male. Weird. Little did he knew that he had been somewhat like that just a few hours ago. "What's wrong with him?"

"He's still shadow," replied Lelaka.

Alcatraz reached out with his holy light towards Jarreth. He was grateful for his powers and that he could be of some use to cure his friends. He only wished he could figure out a way to do so with all the shadow pokemon at once.

[fya]

"That...was weird," said Jarreth, once the light had pushed the shadows back to their places at the Fortress. "What did you do?" He was still a little drowsy. All the shadow stuff back there and now the un-shadow stuff was taking a toll on him.
