Buzana kept her eye on Kin, who was looking down, not wanting to make eye contact with the mean Buizel. The pokemon's talk made her glance back at them, but she had no time to think about them. Buzana looked over at the vulpix, before sitting down. She tilted her head, and sat back on the stone wall, wanting to relax just for a bit.

Juila watched the Nidoking nervously. She got up and finished her meal. The Bulbasaur was watching Juila, a mixture of happiness and concern in his eyes.
Juila glanced over at him, but said nothing, just curled up again, and stared into the distance. The Bulbasaur sighed, and settled down also. He was soon asleep.

A grovyle walked back from a corridor that led further into the depths of that snaked its way under the appearance of the already dreadful Fortress. With a wide smirk on his face, he looked down at the charmander he dragged by the tail, his tail-flame just barely remaining lit as he was being dragged, his eyes closed and mind having long fallen into unconsciousness.
The grass-type guard walked took pride in his stride as he walked over to Julia's cell, "Ahh...new meat are we?" he spoke directly to the vulpix inmate, "We'll enjoy your stay here...get used to it!" he cackled as he tossed the fire-lizard into her cell, it remaining motionless, the only movement was from the flame that was general 'life-meter' for his species and evolution chain.

Juila watched warily as the Groovyle walked towards her cage. When he spoke, she just looked up at him, her eyes full of fright. Once he tossed the Charmander into the cage with her, Juila turned her attention to the newcomer.
Her new cage-mate appeared to be severely wounded, and was currently unconscious. Still nervously eying the guard, she padded over to the Charmander, and in a small, scared voice, asked:
"H-Hello? Are you ok?"

Stirring slightly, the charmander slowly responded to the vulpix's voice, his head gradually turned in the direction to the speaker--and to him he had no idea who or what was trying to bring him back in to the realm of consciousness where he could feel the currently numbed injuries that he had sustained while being tortured within the depths of the Dungeons. Amongst his injuries were several water-burns, caused by ice-cold water shot when he was used as target practice for multiple water-type Horde members.
After about a minute of struggle to keep himself awake his arm lifted just a small distance off of the ground before falling back into the small puddle of blood that had begun to form beneath him. "Uhh..." was all he could project out of his mouth as his head slowly rolled back into upright position, followed by a few more moans as his eyes remained shut tight.

Juila blinked in alarm as the full extent of the Charmander's injuries revealed itself to her. Looking around, she spotted a pail of dirty water in the back corner of her cage. The Vulpix dragged the water over to her cage-mate, thinking that dirty water was better than nothing, and offered it to him. Then, she said again:
"Hello?"

A growlithe had his attention caught when he realized the injured charmander was the same one from before, "Hey!" he called from across the row, "If you know any flame attacks, use them on his injuries! I've heard that they do it all the time, maybe it'll work even if it isn't their own fire?" he yipped, somewhat in a loud whisper voice.
(sorry it's a bit short but i gotta go!)

Juila looked up at the Growlithe, and nodded. Bracing herself, she took a deep breath, and let loose a full-power Ember, the only fire attack she knew. She continued the stream of glowing embers until she felt like she was about to collapse from the strain of it.
After a few minutes, Juila stopped, and stood panting. She lapped up some of the dirty water, but spat it out instantly. Then she looked back at the Charmander, hoping her effort had helped.

The flaming particles eventually landed their mark and helped seal the charmander's wounds, it was a crude patch-up but it worked none the less and brought the fire-lizard further into consciousness as the pain was numbed a little more. Finally able to open his eyes with a struggle, he drowsily looked over at Julia, his bright orange eyes that matched his scales--when they had actually been relatively clean--took a while to focus upon and realize what was standing over him.
"Who...who are you?" he asked, pain injected into each word spoken, but a small smile was present in appreciation for her care; knowing that she had at least given effort to help him was good enough for him not to try to make contact with the vulpix.

Juila was quite glad when the Charmander finally opened his eyes, and even more-so when he addressed her. She smiled, and replied:
"I'm Juila."

The whole world seemed a blur at this time for the tortured reptile, and despite laying in his own blood, the charmander was content resting where he was for the time being, "Am I still in the same place as before? Am I deeper in or in the same cell?" he asked, not being able to recognize anything.
His whole body ached with pain, but it was nothing compared to how he was treated during his torture session--and quite frankly, he was glad that he couldn't remember most of it. He tried moving his head and eyes to try to focus on something, anything that wasn't fuzzy from his lack of vision but unfortunately there was no progress. He just blankly stared in the direction of the vulpix nearby since her fur was the one thing he could recognize against the drab background of the Dungeons.

Juila sat in front of the Charmander, not really knowing what to do next. When he questioned her about where he was, she cocked her head slightly.
"I'm new here, so I wouldn't know."
Despite the fact she had only been in the dungeon for a day, her once beautiful fur had grown dull and matted, and her eyes had lost their innocent, carefree glow. The Vulpix turned away from the injured pokemon to look at Kin. Laying down, she rested her head on her paws, wondering if she would ever again see the sun.

The charmander yawned and slowly sat himself up since his body didn't ache terribly as it had before. Moving himself up against a stone wall, her gave a long, spaced-out look towards the ceiling that was in between the two rows of cells that lined the corridor. "Y'know, there is a way to get out of here...but although we'll be out of here, we won't exactly be free..." he put the idea out there for Julia, Kin and Buzana to hear.
It didn't take long for anyone that had been captured to figure out what the Dungeons were for, and if you were going to leave, might as well be amongst those you relatively know.

Juila's ears pricked slightly, and a small spark of hope lit up in her eyes. She turned to the Charmander again, and asked,
"Really? How?"
Next to their cage, the Nidoking guard growled, and said,
"If you two don't keep your mouth shut, I'm going to squash you!"
Juila shrank away from the door of the cage, but the hope never left her eyes.

"You sound so optimistic...I never said we'll be free..." he said in a solemn tone. The charmander glanced over at the guard, then back at Julia, "The Fortress--the place that lies on top of this hellhole--is the base to what everyone knows as the Horde, and no one ever escapes from their grasp, unless you somehow get pardon of the leader here. He makes occasional visits down here and never addresses us here in the first cell set. Yet, I have seen a few whom had never walked down come up, their spirits broken and bodies beaten, but the follow his command."
The charmander took a break to catch his breath, his body putting out quite a bit of effort in order to keep up talking for such an extended period of time. Once ready, he continued, "I'm assuming that the further you go down into these dungeons when they move you, the closer you are to being beaten to a pulp or joining their ranks..." he shook his head sadly, "So if you wish to get out of here, I'm assuming that we must give them our allegiance and join their ranks and serve forever."
He added on after a few moments, "It isn't freedom, but I bet its better than this..."

Juila listened carefully as the Charmander explained. When he was done, she shook her head.
"No. Anything is better than helping the Horde. I may be small and weak, they may beat me to a pulp, but I will never join their ranks."
As she finished her small speech, her eyes widened slightly, surprised that she had said something so bold. Turning to face Kin again, she sat down, her eyes dull and hopeless again.

"They probably won't beat you down like how they will the male residents down here...we're of no use to them unless we're fighting. Unfortunately for you, you'll end up helping the Horde one way or another..." the charmander didn't feel as if he needed to explain his choice of words, most figured out what happens early on enough in their stay down under the Fortress.
Of course, since Julia's stay was fresh down in the dungeons, she probably wouldn't figure the subject of the charmander's statement until she had a first hand encounter or another one of the females in the cell-lot had fallen victim to force-breeding new recruits for the Horde.

Juila listened to the Charmander's words, and thought it over in her mind.
'What does he mean? I'll never help these horrible pokemon.'
Shaking off the issue, she curled up and stared up at the ceiling. Several minutes passed, and no one spoke. the dungeon was silent.
(I think we should wait for Cross, she hasn't been on for a while.)
