Well, I Gotta Eat Something (open)

((Anyone can post, I suppose. It's my first thread after all!))

The sun was high in the sky, making a gold coin shine. The gold coin trademark was on the head of a Meowth, who was sitting by a stream of water. The Meowth, named Yancha, stared down at the water, hoping to see a fish leap up so that he would be able to have a snack.
"C'mon, c'mon..." Yancha thought to himself, when suddenly a small Magikarp sprung out of the water. Yancha smiled, stuck out his claws, and swipped at the weak fish pokemon, trying to get it to come to shore.
The Magikarp, seeing that it was in danger, flopped back down into the water, leaving Yancha with nothing.
"Aww, man... I'm so hungry." Yancha muttered, glaring and crossing his arms.

[Destiny]

Lilly was walkig when she saw the Meowth trying to catch a fish. "Need help?" Lilly asked Yancha as she was walking tward him.

[~MewMew]

Yancha's ears pricked up, hearing a Lopunny's voice.
He turned his head towards her. "No way! I'll be able to get one without your help." He snapped, then looked back to face the stream of water. Another Magikarp jumped out.
Yancha lunged for it, his claws gleaming-- "Gotcha!"-- and fell into the stream head-first.

[Destiny]

Lilly went to Yancha and said "How about now?" She asked. She was standing at the end of the river.

An abra silently approached the water, not seeming to look in the direction of the other two. He sat down and watched the water rush past for a moment, then raised an arm. A magikarp floated up, glowing a faint blue, and levitated over to the grass. "Is that what you were trying to do?" he asked Yancha.

Yancha glared up her as he sat in the river, arms crossed and water dripping from his whiskers. The water really wasn't that deep. He said nothing, but saw a Magikarp now flopping lifelessly on the grass beside the stream. "How did that get there?" The Meowth asked himself, then looked up to see an Abra standing by the waters edge. Yancha stared at him for a few moments, as though he were curious, then sharply turned away from him. "Hmph. I could've gotten it myself!" He said as he climbed out of the water and walked over to the splashing Magikarp, his creamy-white fur still damp.

"Why not just accept help when it's offered? Regardless of your own ability, it's easier just to let someone else pitch in. Or, in this case, do it for you." He approached the others cautiously, ready to teleport at a moment's notice, as always. "My name is Boo."

[Destiny]

"My name is Lilly." said well Lilly of cource.

[~MewMew]

"Boo?!" Yancha exclaimed, sitting on the ground close by Lilly, the Magikarp laying in his arms. "What kind of a name is that?"

"It's the name I was given. I liked using teleport to sneak up on people a lot, so," He vanished in a blur of light and reappeared behind Yancha. "Boo. What's your name, anyway? It can't be that great."

[~MewMew]

Yancha screamed as the Abra snuck up on him. His curly tail puffed up in anger.
He growled when he was asked for his name. "...Yancha." The Meowth replied, gritting his teeth.

[Destiny]

"Hummmm........'she looked at the fish Pokemon' are you going to eat that alone?" She asked Yancha.

[~MewMew]

Yancha looked at Lilly, eyes wide in curiosity. "Er... I guess not." He said, feeling the Magikarp flopping alittle in his paws.

[Destiny]

"Can I have some?"Lilly asked as her shomach growled.

"Well, while you two argue over that," Boo said, walking over to sit against a tree, "I'm gonna get some shuteye. Wake me up if you need to." It was hard to tell when he actually went to sleep, since his eyes were closed all the time anyway.

"U-um..." Yancha stuttered, eyes darting around. He was surprised how a pokemon like her could be so nice. "S-sure, whatever..." The Meowth said, handing the Magikarp to Lilly.

[Destiny]

Lilly nibbled on the fish. Than gave the rest to Yancha.

Yancha took the Magikarp back, and turned to Lilly again. "Er, why 're ya so nice?" He asked, before taking a bit of fish.

[Destiny]

"I'm always nice unlessyou make me mad." Lilly said to Yancha.

[~MewMew]

"Oh." Yancha replied, blinking. He turned away from Lily to stare at the ground. "I-I just never 'spected that you would be nice to me." He mumbled, turning to look back at the Lopunny.

[Destiny]

"Was no one nice to you before?" Lilly said as she crossed her legs.

[~MewMew]

"Yeah, I guess you could say that..." Yancha said, sniffing.

[Destiny]

"Well you met a friend I geuss!" Lilly said as she put a arm around Yancha's sholders.

[~MewMew]

"Wha? R-really?" Yancha stuttered, staring up at the Lopunny with wide eyes. He felt like he was gonna cry. He never had a friend before, since everyone never seemed to like him.

[Destiny]

"Yepe your me bud now. BFF. Just you and me for now." Lilly said.

[~MewMew]

The Meowth stared up at Lilly adoringly, clasping his front paws together. Yancha shuddered and wrapped his arms around her, covering his face in the Lopunny's soft fur.
"Th-thank you for being my f-friend..." He said, tears forming in his eyes.

[Destiny]

Lilly huged Yancha back. She was glad that she made him happy.

Yancha's tail wagged and he whimpered happily, feeling Lilly's chocolate brown fur against his cheek.

[Destiny]

"Now what shal we next?" She asked Yancha still holding him.
