Shouldn't be that hard. I can't do it now, no time, but if nothing gets done by the time I get back, let me know and I'll get right to it. Of course, by then your Eevee will probably evolve, but...heh. I just got a new photoediting download software thing called GIMP2. Very confusing little thing, but recoloring a picture isn't that hard.
I'd have to know what different colors you want. Because a shiny Eevee is pure silver, but regular Eevees have different shades on the ears, tail and mane. Also, the eye color.
