Training (Open to all, fighting but no killing)

It was getting closer to morning and Anguru was just getting up from his small little shelter. It was made of twings and small branchs. It didn't keep him warm at all. That made things worse because Anguru had a restless night from the sadness that he was feeling at the moment. To think that yesterday he had lost his best friend Musashi because Anguru didn't want to join up with the Gastly's army. Anguru was crying all night long and felt like crap. Today he had to become stronger to face the Gastly and get his friend back. If he could defeat the Gastly then maybe Musashi would see that they could become powerful without his help. Anguru made a small strech and then picked up his katana. He placed the sword on his back and then started to move through the meadow. He was looking for an opponent for two reasons. One he wanted to become stronger, and two he wanted to get this anger out of him and the only way he knew how to do that was with fighting.

[Sephalesh]

Ausome, a prinplup, looked through the meadow for a new challenge. He had defeated several pokemon in the meadows, and in the mountains. He had already asserted his dominance in the waters, but he quickly found out. Land battling was much harder. After being beaten several times, he had learned how they fought, getting stronger, and had won a good series of victories. Ausome saw a smaller pokemon struggling through the meadows, meaning somebody was here. Ausome followed, not trying to conseal himself, because he stood out like a sore thumb.

[Pidgey]

Circling low over the meadow, Ace scanned the long grasses with his keen eyes, searching for a quick bite to eat. The Pidgeotto soon spotted a Rattata, flushed from it's cover and scurrying for the safety of it's underground home. With one deft swoop, Ace snatched the little rodent up in his talons and pumped his wings to gain altitude, as he started back to his tree to eat his catch.

The rodents cries rung in his ears as the Pidgeotto winged his way over the meadow. "Please Sir! Please don't eat me! I- ieeeeeeee!" The Rattata's voice faded away as Ace released his grip, and he fell to the meadow below. It hadn't been a long fall, so he was able to pick himself up and scramble to safety. Heaving a sigh, Ace decided to search out prey that wouldn't scream and cry. Maybe a Magikarp?

Banking left, Ace continued his lonely flight over the meadow. He still had a long way to travel before he would reach the river, where the biggest, juiciest, tastiest Magikarp made their homes. As far as he knew, Magikarp were unable to scream and plead for their lives, which suited Ace just fine. He had to eat, but he hated to listen to pleading. It brought back memories of his baby sister...begging that Ekans to release her. Instead...it had swallowed her alive.

Anguru was getting a little bit hungry. He looked around and saw a bush that had some Oran berries. Anguru rushed over and started to eat them without thinking of predators. He started shoving the berries down his throat. When he was full he stood up and kept walking. He was more energized now and so he decided that it would be better if he would just run through the meadow instead of walk. It would be quicker and he could find someone to fight more quickly.

Anguru used Agility to quicken his speed up a bit. He made his way through the tall grass with no problem. He had his eyes closed trying to practice using the ancient ways of aura. This ability was passed down to all Riolu even the outcast ones. This would be the perfect time to use it to find an opponent. Once his eyes where closed he could see everything that was outside just like he had his eyes open except for the fact that he noticed a Prinplup following a small pokemon. He made his way to the Prinplup. He was right behind him and was as quiet as could be. "Hello there. I see that you are following that pokemon. Are you trying to kill it or just fight it. If your just fighting it then you should fight me instead."

[Sephalesh]

The prinplup turned around to the smaller pokemon. "What's it to you?" He said instantly and instantly regretted it. That was a horrible way to awnser that question. "Yaa. I be lookin to fight, but not some scrawny pokemon like you. bug off." He said. Ah. Much better. . . no wait. That wasn't polite. A third go. "Bug some other pokemon, scrawny." he tried again. No, that wasn't much better. Maybe I should go to law school like ole ma said.

[musashi]

Anguru was shocked to get such a harsh answer or should he say answers. This wasn't making Anguru feel any better about the problem he was facing at the time. This just made Anguru more angery and that was never a good thing. Anguru used his aura sences (spidyscences XD) to listen to what the Prinplup was thinking about. "Maybe instead of going to law school you should go to the hell" Anguru was getting really mad and thought that a comment like that would get the Prinplup to fight him.

[Sephalesh]

the prinplup looked down at Anguru. "is there a law school in hell?" He thought a little quieter to himself. "Well, I suppose there should be, but I don't think the devil himself would trust having a lawyer in his domain, even if it was just in a school, so NOOOOOOO!!!!" The prinplup yelled with a Roar attack. He was yelling so hard that spit flew out of the pokemon's mouth, landing on Anguru's face in great globs. His roar lasted for almost a minute.

Anguru wiped off the spit on his face and then looked the Prinplup straight in the eyes. He was concentrating to see what the Prinplup would do next. "So do you want to fight now. After all the pokemon that you where following left from your mighty roar." Anguru took one step back and then withdrew his sword, just incase.

[Sephalesh]

the prinplup looked around and saw that Anguru was right. All the pokemon had left. "You. . . You tricked ME!" the prinplup said indignantly. He brought his wings up in a violent gesture and waved them about wildly. The Prinplup was trying to attack, but was so angry it was using struggle, a move that every pokemon knew.

[Anidra]

<sub>Miyu had made her way through the tall grass of the meadow. She, being shorter than the average Riolu, couldn't exactly see over the vegetation, which kinda worried her. A bird could spot her a swoop down and take her, mistaking her for a prey pokemon. Which would be bad, but she could fight them off. The Riolu felt like she was going in circles and stopped in her tracks."This is useless... Maybe I could find my way out the easy way..." she said to herself. Red eyes shut as she began to concentrate. She found two aura signatures, a small one, being another Riolu, and a larger one, the Prinplup.

Miyu snapped opened her eyes as she heard the roar from the water pokemon. She pulled her lavender ears closer to her head, to block out the sound. It worked... alittle, but she saw other pokemon flee from the scene. "Perhaps too scared..." Then she thought she, herself, should have gotten away. There seems to be a fight arising. This drew her closer to the two pokemon. Miyu would like to watch it, hopefully it's not to the death. She peered through the tall grass, eyeing the red Riolu and the regular Prinplup. She wondered who would strike first.</sub>

Anguru knew of this move and it was very easy to dodge aswel. He simplely stepped to the side and watched the large pokemon miss. This would be to easy. If this is all that the Prinplup knew then this would be no fun. Anguru put his sword away. There would be no need for a sword in this kind of battle. This Prinplup was not even worth fighting against Anguru with his sword. "Is that all you got, I have to say that was horrible." Anguru said trying to make the Prinplup more mad. It seemed that the pokemon couldn't think things through when he was mad.

Anguru got up close to the pokemon and then used Force Palm. He trusted his palm toward the Prinplup with amazing strengh. This attack was known well for the effect of making its foe paralyzed for a time being. If that worked then Anguru could take this pokemon down with no problem.

[Sephalesh]

The prinplup hurt himself in the attack. That made him extremely angry. How dare that little pokemon dare harm the great Ausome, Mighty Prinplup of the world. He was the best, nobody could defeat him. The force palm couldn't hurt-oomph The force palm smacked into the pokemon jumbling his thoughts with pain. Lots and lots of pain, but the pokemon wasn't defeated. A single move could not defeat the mighty Prinplup, Ausome, no. . . sir. . . Ree. . . Ausome wobbled to the ground, if not knocked out, then dazed.

Anguru looked down at the Prinplup with amazment. He wasn't expecting the attack to make the pokemon fall to the ground none the less knock him out. This was rather sad. Anguru took a step back and then noticed the White Riolu. Anguru saw her and was stun to see someone there watching him. Ecpespcally not someone so beutiful as her. Anguru staired at the Riolu's eyes then snapped out of the trance. It had been a great time sence he had seen another Riolu.

Anguru jumped over the unconcous Prinplup to go to the other Riolu. He was nervouse to go talk to her. He wasn't good at talking and talking to another girl would be twice as hard. "Umm. . . hi there. How long where you standing there?" Anguru was getting mad at himself now. How could he had said something so dumb.

[Anidra]

<sub>Miyu was surprise that the fight was so short.. It just took one hit from the Riolu and hitting itself to make it go into a daze. That was one stupid pokemon... she amused trying to hold back a laugh. Red eyes looked up from the Prinplup and met those of the male Riolu. She could feel her face get hot as she been spotted spying. The emotion was so strong, that her aura projected extreme embarrassment.

The red Riolu moved closer to her and she stepped back abit. Miyu didn't know what he intended to do now and she didn't want to be on his bad side either after seeing what happened. He began to speak, and it wasn't like she intended the question to be. She gathered that he was nervous, which was weird for someone who just defeated an opponent. "Long enough to see you waste the Prinplup..." she said softly, looking down. "Um... I'm Miyu. What's your name?" she asked. If they were going to talk, might as well, know each other name right?</sub>

[Sephalesh]

The prinplup wasn't beaten. he could never be beaten. . . But, ohhh That had hurt! theprinplup strugglled to his feet while Anguru was distracted with the new Riolu. "Don't talk about me like I am dead. I am winning after all." Ausome told the two. On his feet he wobbled, dazed, and hurt. Battling on land was alot different then in water, and that Riolu knew it. Stupid taking advantage-er.

[musashi]

((OCC: Sorry about the small post. I just don't feel like typing a lot today.))

"My name is Anguru, and I like the sound of Miyu." Anguru wasn't lieing about that, he really did like the name. He was kinda blushing. He heard the dumb pokemon behind him and turned to see his opponent try to stand up straight. He got a laugh out of this. "So, umm. . . what where you doing out in a place like this." Anguru was on his gaurd but was still talking to Miyu.

[Anidra]

<sub>Miyu jumped as she heard the Prinplup talk. She thought it was down for the count, but obviously she was wrong. She began to tremble slightly, not knowing if the water pokemon was going to attack. But the male Riolu, who she learned was called Anguru, just gave a laughed at the Prinplup's attempt to stand steady and complimented on how he liked her name. "Thanks.... I guess." she said with a worried tone, but it seems that the red Riolu was still on alert, so maybe she should stop worrying.

"What am I doing here? I guess I was ready to leave home and explore on my own." Red eye glanced back from the injured Prinplup and back at Anguru. "From my home region, this is my first stop here. So I'm just look around." she explained.</sub>

[Sephalesh]

The prinplup decided it was time to use his super move, which his father said he knew, which f course he did. "Don't LAUGH at me! Take this! Hydro Cannon!" He shouted at them. His beak opened, commanding their attention. A gurgling sound came deep from within the pokemon, building and building, to a powerful cresendo. Out of his beak came a gigantic. . . Magikarp. . . The prinplup looked down at it, obviously confused. "That's never happened before. Wait, while I try again. take this! Hydro Cannon." He yelled. The same thing happened, except this time a small stream of water fell out of his beak, getting weaker by the minute.

[musashi]

Anguru looked down at the flopping fish on the ground. Then at the small little stream coming out of the Prinplup's mouth. His face was shooked because he was awaiting for a monster sized attack but got this instead. Anguru started to laugh at the Prinplup for seeing how weak he was from being away from water for so long. This battle was over. There would be no reason to fight such a weak opponent and he would rather face him when he was recharged up. Got into a little bit of water. Oh well.

"So this is your first time away from the family. You must be pretty excitied. Are you looking for anything, power, friends, revenge?" Anguru wanted to know more about this Riolu but he wasn't much of a people person. It was rude of him to ask so many questions but he didn't know that.

Anguru turned to look at the Prinplup, while he was awaiting an answer from Miyu. He used a bullet punch that speed at crazy speeds toward Prinplup side.

[Sephalesh]

The prinplup stared at his own show of ineptitude with surprise. He was a lot more tired than he ever thought he was. He couldn't rely on his water attacks anymore. "Don't underestimate me." the prinplup warned, before spinning like a drill towards Anguru. This was his drill peck, another move from his father, and non water based. It met the bullet punches with ease. It kept on going towards Anguru.

[musashi]

The attack hit Anguru directly which was heavy damage. The flying type attack was more effective on a fighting pokemon like a Riolu. Anguru was getting to cocky and he needed to remebered that the battle wasn't over. Anguru flew backwards and fell down to the ground with a thud. This bird was getting on Anguru's nerve but he needed to calm down. He needed to stay focused. "Alright get ready because I am going to start to fight serirous now." Anguru kept a smile on his face. He lifted himself up and then used quick attack to move in the large grass using it as a cover. Riolu hunched over to make it hard to see him. He then jumped out from the grass and right behind the Prinplup. He then used posien jab. Anguru's hand turned purple and then he made a quick movement at the Prinplups back. The attack was really direct but it would be easy to avoide.

[Sephalesh]

the prinplup was too dazed at the moment. The poison jab, was so effective, it sent him flying off into the grass of the meadows. he wasn't poisoned, nor was he feeling good. He rose to his feet, then fell, muttering about his power.

[Anidra]

<sub>Miu had a blank face as a Magikarp came out of the penguin pokemon's mouth, flopping on the ground. With a couple of blinks, she began to snicker, trying to hold back the laughter that was threatening to come out. With a deep breath she manage to not laugh at the Prinplup's first attempt to use it's attack. It tried again and succeeded, but the Hydro Pump was weak.

The small Riolu shook her head, feeling sorry for the pokemon. She returned her attention to the male as he continued to ask her questions. "Yeah, pretty much excited." she said with a small smile. "Power? Hmm... I don't think I'm very good at fighting really... I do want to get stronger tho, to protect myself and my friends. " she admitted. Miyu did need to work on fighting, she just know enough to fend for herself.

"Speaking of friends, I would like some. It's not fun being alone ya know?" As she was saying this Anguru went in and attack the water pokemon again, with what looked like a Bullet Punch, as the Prinplup countered it with Drill Peck. It seemed that the red Riolu took the attack as he land on the floor.

Miyu began to feel bad, it seems she was in the way and was distracting Anguru from the battle. She began to shrink back, trying not to get in the way, as she watch the two fight. The Riolu got back up and did a Quick Attack and ended with a Poison Jab. The water pokemon was sent flying back into the grass. It seem to be defeated as it tried to stand back up, but slump back to the ground. It seems that Anguru was stronger than he looked."Wow, that was great! Nice job!." she complimented him on his win, or what seems to be his win, she didn't know if the Prinplup was going to get up again.</sub>

Anguru looked at the pokemon that laid on the ground trying to get up but on to fail again. "Please tell me that you are not going to get up again." Anguru was getting frusterated from the endurence of the Prinplup. Anguru started to talk deep breaths to calm himself down. Keeping a cool head is a key way to win a battle.

He turned to face Miyu. Actually he hated beinging away from friends now that he knew how it felt. His family and his herd of Lucario and Riolu hated him and the only friend he had was Musashi, a Ralts, which had decided to leave him to join a senistor group. His thoughts where clouding his mind and anyone that couuld sence aura could tell what he was thinking of."Well maybe we can change that then. I would love to be your friend if that would be okay with you. A lot of other pokemon don't like me that much." Anguru had a little trouble getting the words out of his mouth from the pain he was feeling from leaving Musashi.

[Sephalesh]

The Prinplup scowled. I should have rested before taking on another pokemon. He had used up nearly all of his attacks all ready. "Of course I am getting up! I never give up!" The Prinplup said as he continued struggling to get up, but it was just too much for him. He fell back to the ground, his beak stuck in the dirt. He heaved again and again, trying to get back up, but he couldn't do it. He was just too tired. "Urrgh! Ooof! Urrgh! Ooof! Urrgh! Ooof!" the prinplup repeated over and over again as he did what looked like bizarre push ups.

Anguru felt sorry for the pokemon and how tired it must be. He could tell that when this Prinplup was away from water to long almost all of his attacks became extremely weak. Anguru didn't want to fight someone at that kind of conditions. He made his way over to the Prinplup who was tring to get up. "Look I am not going to fight you anymore if your body is this weak. If I fight someone I want them to be in top fit, and I can tell that being away from water to long makes you weaker. That is something that you need to fight the best you can." Anguru placed an oran berry that he was holding but was dropped when the fight began. He placed the berry near the Prinplup then turned around to Miyu. "Could I join you on your journey. I had a friend but then he turned to the horde for power. I am very lonely without him around." Anguru remebered that he needed to do a few things before he went on a new journey. If Miyu said yes then he would tell her that there would be a few things he needed to do first then he would meet back up with her. If she said no then he would just leave. There was really nothing keeping him here.

[Sephalesh]

The prinplup hungrily devoured the fruit, until it was gone. New life surged through his body. He didn't look at Anguru, not willing to acknowledge his defeat. The pokemon walked steadly away, maybe with a chance of returning, or maybe not.

[Anidra]

<sub>A friend. Miyu had already made on in this new region. She gave the red Riolu a soft smile. "Well, of course I'll be your friend Anguru." she said. She watched as he didn't fight the Prinplup any longer, but instead offered the pokemon a berry. Well, she could see why he didn't want to hurt the pokemon any longer. It was kinda useless fighting a pokemon at a disadvantage. The Prinplup had accepted the berry and at it and went on his way.

She listened to him once more. He said that he had a traveling partner but decided to go with a group called 'The Horde' Miyu didn't know what 'The Horde' was."What is 'The Horde'? I mean what kind of group is it?" she asked.</sub>

[musashi]

"If you ask me, I think that there just a bunch of power hungery freaks of nature. They are pure evil and all they are is bullies." Anguru hated the Horde more than ever because of them taking away his best friend.

[Anidra]

_{"Power hungry freaks?" she said looking down for a bit So his friend wanted to be stronger, so joined the group. But since Anguru didn't do the same, they had to go their separate ways which must have been upsetting. "I see. I guess we have to look out for them." Miyu concluded. "If you want, we can leave this place and since you've been here longer I'll follow you. I don't want to get lost you know."}
