That's what I was getting at Pax. lol. TM's/Hm's are human made, but they're moves that pokemon CAN learn in the wild.. So the question is HOW do we learn them here.. Certain levels for TM's or do we have to go somewhere special? hmm.

Exactly. =3 It'd be neat to have a special place that you can journey to, and in the end you earn the reward of being taught the move by another Pokemon.

I guess... But it'd be rather bothersome if you wanted to learn multiple TM's HM's.. I think if a TM is the same type as you, you SHOULD be able to learn it at some point.. HM's would have to be learned the hard way, and so would TM's that maybe aren't the same type as you. But yeah.. I will be back in like an hour people.. need to eat then shower..

That does make sense. HMs should be special, TMS should be uh... learnable by levels or something. P: Have a nice food and shower, Thomas.

These are good ideas! I could set something up so that pokemon wanting to learn a certain move {if they can learn it} could journey to be taught that move by a knowledgeable pokemon. Maybe a mew or something.

I thought of a mew because mew can learn all TMs and HMs.

Hi, Fya! *bows* It does sound like a necessary yet mysterious uberness to have... *shifty eyes* the Wisdom Mew. Beyond the known borders of Erymire lies a place that holds everything not yet seen, not yet found, and somewhere in its depths sleeps an enormous power...! Much like a campfire story or myth. Is it true? >_> <_<

Or if not a Mew then maybe a Special pokemon for each type.. Like Entei or Moltres for fire types...Articuno for Ice...Suicune for Water..or maybe just random Uber old pokemon for each type.. (though that would take a few boards... Or maybe just one board and like 17 sub boards.. lol.) Whatever you decide Wynny will be great I figure.

I've seen regions do that kind of thing, but it seems to get very confusing after a while. Maybe in a wild Pokemon RPG it'd be different, though. *shrugs*

Oh ok then you're just a mind reader. This was created by Wynn..when aruseus go on their elemental journey they have to get the element from these like plates..and each type guards the plates...i don't totally get it, but it's kinda the same elemental idea going.

lol being repetetive isn't always the best. I just think journeying to see ONE pokemon in a CONSTANT location is a bit too easy, especially since there's like 8 HM's or something.. That'll be 8 times in all you'll need to go.. so why not make it a bit harder? Like maybe you'd have to prove yourself to Eevee by defeating a special pokemon or series of pokemon.. Or maybe you'd have to journey to different locations each time because Mew never stayed in a constant location.. hmm?

Well some see some moves could be taught to your Pokemon by others. So that's one method. Maybe if you needed a super strong move or a hard one for your type to learn (but possible) you'd go in search of the mew, who'd have a few lairs or something.
Brainstomring=good. Let's keep it going. =D

I want this game to be one where the players can take part in what changes if any get made to the game and what boards get made--if people want a kind of board that isn't in existence to RP in, just ask and I'll make it. I like this idea of having the legendaries be like tutors for each kind of move, the only thing is that even legendaries can't learn every single move there is, so pokemon might have to shop around a bit, hehe. Maybe each legend could have a domain in the land or something, where pokemon can go there to learn what moves they can from them...or something.

I'm thinking of establishing a place on this game where you can go to the unouns to make a wish, but the fulfillment of that wish always comes at a terrible price.

The wish thing with the Unowns sounds treacherous. I like it! XD
Oh! Maybe if a character wants to learn a move, they first need to search the land for the Pokemon who knows it by heart? So if a Charizard wants to learn to Fly, they need to look for a strong bird Pokemon to teach them. Legendaries wouldn't be necessary, and if a move is impossible to learn naturally, one could go to an expert source. Or something. Bah.

Unowns granting wishes? I thought Jirachi was the Wish Pokemon.. lol. As for the ideas.. There could also be like an elder pokemon who would have learned these moves throughout his many years of existance. Except the elders would be hidden in places not easily accessible. Or they would only reveal themselves to those worth enough..(i.e. Level worthy..) OR maybe the pokemon requesting the HM/TM or whatever, would have to conquer an opponent who harnessed that very move? Like if a Charmeleon wanted to learn Strength, he'd have to be a Graveler who could use Strength. .. Hm..

It would be hard to coordinate a whole network of legendaries for specific moves. It's a good idea though so I may use it. Unouns can grant wishes as in one of the pokemon movies. They can make wishes into reality. I'm just adding that there has to be a payment for each wish. And I didn't get the idea from here, it was in a previous game I was in.

lol. I Thought I remembered people talking about a movie in which Unowns could grant wishes. hmm. So are there going to be any like giveaways here ever? Like at 20 members? 50? 100? 1000 posts? Etc.. Any ideas? Just wondering because if there were I was trying to figure out what would be a likely reward.... *thinking*

Well, as wild Pokemon, they might not need much, besides food and shelter. This one's a tough one. :/ Unless they wish for other's well-being, if they're in bad situations like imprisoned.
