Maybe if you doubled the sprite's size and worked with it like that?

When I made it larger it was A LOT easier to put the lines in, but when I made it smaller the lines were just like 5 random dots....Sorry..

Yup, I'm on here and Realm of Light. Realm's the wild pokemon RPG that gave rise to this one. It's on yahoo groupd.

Ah yeah I visited it earlier.. I didn't like the yahoo boards set up so much so I just decided not to worry.. I already have this awesome site on my plate.. 2 might be over kill.

Yeah--most players feel that way. I wasn't crazy about this setup till recently, when I observed several very successful games on proboards and invisionfree. So I decided to give it a try.

I don't like Invision as much.. It's too... Uncomfortable.. if that makes sense. lol. Proboards is perfect for me.

Same format though, separate threads, separate boards. It allows an RPG to get much bigger than on yahoo groups.

Ahhhhh. I've never rp'ed on Yahoo.. It just didn't look all that appealing to me..

It's where I've RPed for nearly six years. It's just a very different setup. You end up with fewer threads and more characters per thread, in general, but the stories end up more closely intertwined.

I'm late, but as for your sprites....couldn't you just draw new ones? Pixel sprites aren't my thing, but I know plenty of pixel artists that create their own sprites. That also illimanates copyright stuff, though I doubt Nintendo would get on your back about it....

Yeah I don't see Nintendo doing anything about sprites.. Trust me.. Have you ever been to Pokemoncrater.com? If Nintendo did did start a lawsuit with anyone, it'd be them. They created NEW types.. (Metallic, Ghostly, Dark..) Which are the same pokemon only in darks case, darker.. in metallics case, greyish...in Ghostlys case they are white ish..cloudy I guess.. then they have Dratinice, Dratinire, and Dratinilic.. Basically elemental Dratinis.. lol.

As would I, accept I lack the skill to create sprites myself.. I can combine two (Or 6..lol) and then add or subtract little bits to make it look right.. but I can't create from scratch..

Awwwww..*whimpers* it sucks having a pokemon who evolves at level 26... Got to get 400 or more posts JUST to evolve.. Well.. Only 378 more to go..

Oh I see. ^_^ I have no talent with sprites; I've never tried! My style is like my avatar in digital art..except most is better, that avy was done in less than an hour!

And, exact post count and levels isn't nessessary. It's more of experiance and trust, let's say. So once youve been here for a little while and you're ready to evolve you can. I speak from experiance, sometimes evolution is better left alone until your char is more developed, but that's my particular point of view. Also, age really. So if you have a Pokemon like charmander it probably wouldn't evolve until its 6-12 months old. Later if it was for say, the lazy type.

Wynn can give you a better explanation if you like...that's my shortened version, really. ^_^

lol I don't want to evolve yet.. It's just.. I figured it'd take a few years or maybe a year and a half to get 400 posts or more.. I'm averaging about 16 posts a day thus far... Weekends if there's more poeple on i'll average about 30-40.. (Once I create more characters).. Hopefully..

Oh it won't take you a year! If you stay active and RP a lot you'll add 'em up in no time! And then, if you don't get that high it'll be because: a. you decided you didnt like it here (not saying you will) or b. whoever's in your thread can't get on much. And yes, there are times when Wynn is not on much. lol
