((Oops...I didn't read that part. x[))
The little bird tilted her head, throwing Shade a questioning glance. He had given her another berry? How come she was still hungry? "Oh yeah!" She chirped brightly, suddenly remembering where she had stashed her berry.
"Be right back," she called as she took wing. Aryll winged her way into the upper branches of a nearby tree, where she had tucked the berry away for safekeeping. But she was hungry now, so she decided to eat it right away.
With the berry secured in her claws, Aryll swooped down to rejoin her friends. She perched upon the Growlithe's head once again, devouring the Pecha berry in 3 large gulps. Her hunger satisfied, the little bird found herself feeling quite content. "Thanks Shade," she said, giving the Riolu a gentle peck on the cheek in her gratitude.

Shade smiled, then his eyes opened as she pecked him. "You're welcome." He couldn't think of much else to say. He looked over at Shadow. "What's up with you, you havn't said anything lately?"

Shadow nods then stops playing with the grass "Yes I'm positive, I just think alot, and i'm pretty quiet at times." she said while making a small yawn and laying her head on the grassy ground

Shade looked at her. "Thinking, huh? I guess that's ok for you, but all it does for me is iratate." He looked around, then seemed to change the subject, although to him it was the same. "Have you ever heard of the Horde? Or if they've ever done anything... nice?"

Shadow looks at him "My parents told me to stay away from them then a bunch of them came where we were staying at and I was told to run away.. since then I haven't ever seen my parents.." Shadow lays her head down again

The young Taillow listened quietly as Shade and Shadow conversed. As Shadow spoke of her parents, and the fate that had befallen them, Aryll let a sad chirp slip from her beak. "I'm so sorry, Shadow." She said softly, gently pressing her beak into the Growlithe's fur in an attempt to bring comfort.

"I see. The same thing occured with my mother. Ever since, i've been gaining strength, waiting until the day i will be strong enough to start a personal war with the Horde." His eyes were determined, "And nothing anyone says can change my mind."

((Hope you don't mind if I join in?))
Curse wandered slowly through the trees, sucking the juice out of a sweet pecha berry. A line of pink juice dribbled out of one side of her mouth, staining the fur around her jaw. She didn't notice, half asleep and distracted by the taste of the berry. Her large, dark mane brushed against the underbrush to either side of her, giving a tickling sensation on her skin where it touched the plants.
`The berries in these parts are so juicy and big, all year round. I wonder how they do that? Everywhere else I've traveled to, no matter what season, the berries are always smaller than the ones that grow here...' Curse continued her musings, half aware of her surroundings. As it was, it took her a long time to notice the conversation up ahead.
When she almost walked straight into the group; a growlithe, riolu and a taillow, she stopped abruptly, and swallowed her berry nervously. Her mane frizzed up into nervous hackles, and her head lowered a little, submissive and anxious.
"U-um... Hello... I'm sorry... Um... My name's Curse... I'm sorry..." She stuttered, her body quivering slightly. Part of her wanted to run away, another part was preparing to fight possible enemies.

Shade affixed this Curse with a glare. "Where are you from, and how much have you heard?" he wouldn't let this pokemon get away, especially if it was a spy for the horde. he didn't need them after him just yet. He wanted to throw the first hit.

Curse took a step back, her mane standing fully on end now. Her dark claws kneaded nervously into the ground, and her tail crept between her legs.
"I don't really have a home, as such. I travel. I haven't heard anything, why do you care?" She said, looking confused and angry. This was probably all because she was a dark type pokemon. These pokemon would have been welcoming and friendly if she was smaller, fluffier and pink. She sighed inwardly. The combination of Absol, the Disaster pokemon, and Mighteyena, a pokemon commonly vicious, was not a good first impression.

"Never actually been to the west savannahs myself. I suppose it'd take about... five days? Although if I was in a rush I could probably make it in four. It'd probably take you longer though, with your short legs." She snapped, getting annoyed now. "Really, why do you care? Am I not allowed to go anywhere without having to answer to interrogations? What would you know or care anyway! You're but a pup!" she exclaimed, angry. She shuffled her feet, digging angry furrows into the ground. She raid her ears, and tail, and her mane bristled.
"I thought I could come here, to an area said to be peaceful, and all I get is interrogations and annoyances from a runt Riolu. Do you have any idea, just how hurtful and frustrating it is, to be treated like dung everywhere you go, just because you're a dark type? No, you have none. Everywhere I go, pokemon see me, and instantly assume that I'm evil, just because of my type! But you'd have no idea." She spat and hissed, then stalked forward and shoved her head right up to his face, glaring at him. "You would have no idea, because you are a Riolu. You're the type of disgusting pokemon that can go anywhere and be instantly loved. I hate your type!" She spat, hissing in his face. Her lips curled up into a snarl, and she growled, low and fierce at the riolu, hoping it would try to fight her. It could only be level five at most, and she was level twenty-two.

"No." Shade spoke, "I did not question you because of your type, but because I cannot be too careful. I'll tell you why i had to ask. I'm preparing to declare a personal war on the horde, and i really don't need them catching on until i'm ready."

The stranged colored Growlithe sighs "Um, Curse is your name right? Well this Riolu didn't meand to be a bit mean to you, nor me and the small bird on my head, you don't have to be angry with us.."Shadow said trying to calm the angry pokemon and not really wanting things to start badly

The little bird blinked in surprise as a new pokemon arrived on the scene; what looked to be a cross between an Absol and a Mightyena. Aryll tilted her head and studied the newcomer as she introduced herself as Curse. She seemed shy, and maybe a bit lost, and Aryll was about to open her beak and speak a greeting when Shade addressed the stranger.
As the conversation became heated, Aryll ruffled her feathers and puffed out her chest, trying to appear bigger than she actually was. Taillows often did this when they were confronted. Though the arguement was between Shade and Curse, Aryll was ready to back Shade, if he needed her.
But then Shadow spoke, and Aryll allowed herself to relax. Using her beak, she quickly straightened out her feathers, then looked to Curse. "Yeah," she chirped in agreement with Shadow's statements, "we're nice pokemon."

"Yeah, they are nice. I was questioning you for the purpose of deciding whether you were my enemy or not. I can tell you're not, so i'll leave you be now." He stopped talking for a second, appearently thinking. "Unless you wanted something?"

Curse glared down at the other pokemon. "Hmmph. Well then... If the interrogation is stopping, I'd like to stay here for a day or two. My leg is... injured..." She lifted up her hind leg, revealing bite marks running down the back of it. The wounds were puffy and red, and some looked infected. "The last place I tried to rest... Well, the pokemon there were quite forceful in expelling me. It doesn't hurt too much, but I have to do something about the cuts before they get worse. I knew that some berries could heal, but I don't know which types. Do any of you know?" She asked, reverting back to her quiter, calmer self, her mane shrinking, and she took a step back from the riolu. When she wasn't trying to be intimidating, she looked tired and defeated.

"Hm. Wait here." He dashed off, returning later with a Sitrus. "Not only have i trained to fight in my travels, i've also learned what berries are good for healing wounds. Inevitably you're going to have wounds from travel. I guess some travelers don't even have common sense."

Aryll listened quietly as Curse detailed her last encounter with a territorial pokemon. When the Absol hybrid lifted her hind leg to display the wound it had inflicted upon her, the little bird`s eyes widened in horror and a gasp slipped from her beak. `How awful...`she murmured, suddenly feeling quite bad about how she had acted toward Curse before.
When Shade ran off to fetch something to help Curse`s wound, Aryll fluttered her wings and hopped up onto the Dark-type`s head. Curse`s soft fur brushed against her feet, and Aryll giggled. `Hiya,`she chirped, leaning over so that she could look into Curse`s face. `I`m Aryll.`
When Shade returned, Aryll hopped back over to Shadow, twittering as she settled back into the Growlithe`s fur.

"I'd start learning what berries do what, if i were you. Especially someone like you, since so many Pokemon are biased against dark-types." Shade looked away, adding, "You look like an absol from the Horde i've seen before. He killed my mother, and so in judgement of their evil acts, I'm going to completely and utterly destroy the Horde."

The blue growlithe licks her paws and looks over to Curse, then back to Shade. Saying nothing the whole time, she paws at her face a bit and lays her head on the grassy ground, she felt Aryll perch in her head again. Shadow makes a small smile at this.
